Brandon oversees all organizational operations for OTP, ensuring that every program runs smoothly from logistics to event coordination. His attention to detail and commitment to the athletes' experience keeps OTP operating at the highest level. Brandon's leadership behind the scenes is what allows the coaching staff to focus on what they do best — developing players.

Matt leads OTP's coaching philosophy and player development strategy across all program levels. Currently serving as the varsity girls basketball coach at Sherwood High School, Matt brings a deep understanding of the game and a passion for teaching. He designs the training systems and competitive frameworks that define the OTP experience, and is committed to building technically sound, mentally tough athletes who are prepared for the next level.

Tobie wears multiple hats at OTP — coaching on the court while coordinating key operational functions off it. Her unique dual role gives her a complete picture of each athlete's journey, from daily development to big-picture program planning. Tobie's hands-on approach and genuine care for every player make her an essential part of the OTP family.

Dallas leads OTP's youth development efforts, working directly with the next generation of athletes in the OTP NEXT program. His energy, patience, and ability to connect with young players create an environment where kids fall in love with the game while building a strong foundation of fundamentals and basketball IQ.

Ryan brings a sharp eye for talent and a deep commitment to helping OTP athletes navigate the recruiting process. As club coach and recruiting co-coordinator, he works closely with families and college programs to create exposure opportunities and ensure every athlete has a clear path forward.

Precious brings high-level coaching experience to OTP's circuit program while also serving as varsity head coach at Benson High School. Her ability to develop players at both the club and high school level gives OTP athletes a competitive edge — she understands what it takes to prepare players for varsity competition and beyond.

Thomas combines his expertise as a personal trainer with his passion for basketball coaching to help OTP athletes develop both physically and technically. His focus on individual player development — strength, conditioning, and skill work — gives athletes the tools they need to elevate their game.

Thomas brings a training-first mentality to OTP, working with athletes on the physical and technical foundations that translate directly to game performance. His dedication to individualized development helps each player unlock their potential and build confidence on the court.

Jeff coaches within OTP's regional program, helping high school athletes sharpen their skills and compete at a high level throughout Oregon and SW Washington. His commitment to player growth and competitive preparation makes him a valuable part of the OTP coaching staff.

Bobby is a dedicated club coach at OTP, working hands-on with athletes to develop their fundamentals, basketball IQ, and competitive mindset. His energy and passion for the game create a positive, high-effort environment that pushes players to get better every day.

Garold brings an exceptional coaching pedigree to OTP, drawing on years of experience at both the collegiate and high school levels. Currently serving as the varsity boys head coach at Union High School, Garold runs OTP's Vancouver location — bringing structure, intensity, and a deep understanding of player development to every session. His ability to bridge the gap between club and high school basketball gives OTP athletes in the Vancouver area a unique advantage, preparing them for varsity-level competition while building the skills and mindset needed to succeed at the next level.

David brings 15 years of basketball coaching experience to OTP, including time as a varsity head coach leading his own program. His deep understanding of team building, player development, and competitive preparation makes him a valuable asset to the OTP coaching staff. David's hands-on approach and proven track record of developing winning programs give OTP athletes the guidance they need to reach the next level.

Aaron brings over 15 years of coaching experience to OTP, including his role as varsity head coach at David Douglas High School. Known for his calm demeanor and steady leadership, Aaron creates an environment where athletes can develop with confidence and focus. His ability to connect with players and bring out their best — both on and off the court — makes him a valuable addition to the OTP coaching staff.

Ron is one of the most experienced coaches on the OTP staff, bringing over 40 years of basketball coaching experience spanning from high school through the college level. As an assistant coach and ambassador, Ron serves as a mentor to both athletes and fellow coaches, sharing decades of knowledge about the game. His passion for developing young players and his deep roots in the basketball community make him an invaluable part of the OTP family.

Coach Kim has a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring young ladies both on and off the court. Based in Sherwood, Kim brings warmth, dedication, and a player-centered approach to every practice and game. Her commitment to building confidence and character in young athletes makes her a valued member of the OTP coaching staff.

Jacob Begin is a highly respected trainer and player development coach with experience working with athletes from the youth level through the professional ranks. While he played at Portland State, his reputation has been built through the impact he has made as a teacher of the game, helping players develop their skills, confidence, and basketball IQ. Jacob's proven track record and passion for player development make him an outstanding addition to the OTP training staff.

Bennett just finished playing college basketball at the University of Corbin and spent a few summers shadowing under Jacob Begin, learning from one of the best in the business. He follows the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) to training and is just starting his training career. Bennett's fresh perspective, playing experience, and commitment to modern training methodology make him a great fit for OTP's development-focused culture.
